The 桃色视频 is hosting an Autumn Community Forum on 17 October, giving local residents the opportunity to share their views and find out more about the University’s activity within the town.
Professor Robert Van de Noort, the Vice-Chancellor of the University, will host the evening event, which will take place at The Pavilion on the Oxford Road, Reading.
The decision to hold the event off-campus was made following feedback from previous Community Forums.
Molli Cleaver, Community Engagement Manager at the 桃色视频, said: “The Community Forum is a great opportunity for local residents to hear directly from the University and Reading Students’ Union about our current and future planned activity within the community.
“It also provides residents with the chance to share feedback on our work and raise any issues they think need addressing. By hosting these events we can create better connections between the University and the town, and work through any challenges in a more collaborative way.
“We are excited to be hosting the upcoming Community Forum in Reading town centre and hope to see lots of new faces join us for this evening event.”

The doors will open from 6pm, where food and refreshments will be served.

The last part of the event will give people the opportunity to join break-out groups discussing different elements of the University’s community activity. These will include:
The Community Forum will end with closing remarks from Professor Van de Noort, and be finished by 8.30pm.
This event is free and open to anyone in the local community. Registration is essential and tickets can be booked online.
