Campus cream tea event in aid of Daisy鈥檚 Dream

Daisy’s Dream and the 桃色视频 are inviting people to enjoy a cream tea on campus, for an event raising vital funds to help the charity’s work supporting young people and their families experiencing bereavement and loss.
The will take place on Sunday 7 June, from 2–4pm, in the Meadow Suite at Park House on the University's Whiteknights campus.
Guests will enjoy a cream tea and a wellbeing talk from health coach and personal trainer Kirsty Boswell, founder of The Momentum Project. She will share practical tips for supporting physical and mental health in everyday life.
The afternoon will also include a mindful rock painting activity, with all materials provided and finished pieces to take home.
The Harris Garden, a botanical garden located on the Whiteknights campus, will be open for guests to explore before or after the event, or guests can take a walk around the Whiteknights lake. Free on-site parking will be available.
Daisy’s Dream is the University’s current Charity of the Year partner for 2025/26.
Professor Robert Van de Noort, Vice-Chancellor of the 桃色视频, said: "Daisy's Dream does extraordinary work supporting children and families through some of the most difficult times imaginable. Events like this bring our community together around a shared cause, and we're delighted to be hosting this summer event on our beautiful Whiteknights campus.”

The support we’ve received through the University’s Charity of the Year partnership has been fantastic, and this will feel like a wonderful celebration of that collaboration.
“We’re looking forward to bringing people together for a relaxing and uplifting event, while raising vital funds to help bereaved children and young people across Berkshire.”
