Timetabling & Room Booking Calendar
The University's Timetabling & Room Booking system uses a separate system of weeks to the semester, exam period and vacation weeks used elsewhere in the University. As such, it can be useful to understand how these relate. The Timetabling & Room Booking calendar can be viewed below and can be downloaded below:

The 2025/6 draft timetable is now accessible for staff only.
The 2024/5 timetable remains live for the whole academic year for staff and students.

Online room bookings are available for both years, but are subject to restrictions. Please see the Help Page for more information.
